KONKRETE XXL brings larger dimensions to architectural concrete cladding measuring 2000 × 1000mm (78 3/4" × 39 3/8"). These concrete panels provide 2m² of authentic concrete surface per panel creating expansive architectural finishes with fewer visible joints. Manufactured from lightweight ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) at just 14 mm thick, they combine the natural texture and character of real concrete with exceptional strength and durability. Designed for contemporary interiors and exterior façades.

    CONCRETE DNA

    FLOAT's ultra-high-performance concrete combines advanced material engineering with precise manufacturing. Our proprietary formulation incorporates high-grade cement, pozzolanic binders, refined mineral aggregates and performance-enhancing admixtures.     SILICA FREE

    FLOAT panels are formulated with less than 1% crystalline silicon dioxide, supporting safer handling and fabrication compared with conventional high-silica engineered materials. Appropriate dust controls and protective equipment remain necessary when cutting or drilling.


    FIREPROOF

    Our precast panels meet the requirements of fire protection “non-combustible“ and is environmentally neutral as no additional treatment or chemical coatings are necessary.


    INSULATION INNOVATION

    Our concrete are developed to support energy-efficient design through their inherent insulating properties. With a thermal conductivity (K-value) of 0.118 W/m·K and a thermal resistance (R-value) of 0.110 m²·K/W at 14mm thickness, they offer a notable improvement over standard concrete. 


    WATERPROOF

    FLOAT concrete panels combine integral crystalline waterproofing within the material matrix with a penetrating polymer-hybrid surface sealer. This dual-layer protection helps resist rain, humidity and environmental moisture, making the material suitable for exposed architectural applications when correctly detailed and installed.


    ACOUSTIC COMFORT
