Manufactured with a blend of technology and craftsmanship, FLOAT UHPC is created using a proprietary formula. This includes high-performance cement, pozzolanic materials, mineral-rich fine aggregates and tailored admixtures for enhanced durability.
Our panels are free of harmful crystalline silicon dioxide (< 1 M.-%) offering peace of mind to those who cut or install our panels. This silica-free formulation supports healthier work environments and complies with evolving international standards.
Our precast panels meet the requirements of fire protection “non-combustible“ and is environmentally neutral as no additional treatment or chemical coatings are necessary.
Our concrete are developed to support energy-efficient design through their inherent insulating properties. With a thermal conductivity (K-value) of 0.118 W/m·K and a thermal resistance (R-value) of 0.110 m²·K/W at 13 mm thickness, they offer a notable improvement over standard concrete.
FLOAT panels offer dual-layer water protection: a dense surface matrix that reduces porosity, paired with a penetrating polymer-hybrid sealer for complete waterproofing. This system ensures resistance to rain, humidity and environmental moisture.
By absorbing and diffusing sound energy, FLOAT panels reduce reverberation and sound reflection. Their engineered matrix and lightweight design enhance acoustic clarity, supporting more peaceful and focused environments indoors and out.
The lightweight nature of our concrete wall panels allows for easier handling and faster installation. Reduced panel weight also means less load on structural supports, which can contribute to lower construction costs.
